Flat Rate Shipping is available for all countries that we deliver to

The cost is for all items placed in one order 

If you have already placed an order, and place a second, we will refund the additional postage cost if the first order has NOT already been dispatched. We will then send all of your items together in one package, which sometimes can cause delays for the first order if your items are being custom made. Please advise in the comments box at the checkout if you do NOT want this to happen

Handling Time:

As our garments are often made to order it will say on the items page how long it will take to make. This is additional to the shipping option that you select. We also, at busy times will put a notice at the top of this website and email our mailing list if shipping times are extended for any other reasons out of our control

Shipping Time:

Due to Covid we currently are advising all orders to be shipped by Express Post - as these orders seem to be getting through the mail service a lot quicker, and most of the time, on time. The shipping time comes into effect once your order is complete and has been taken to the post office. You will receive an email when your item has been dispatched

Returns and exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged or returned. This includes, but is not limited to items that have been altered in any way at the request of the customer, cannot be returned.

We also do not accept exchanges or refunds on intimate products such as knickers, or garments designed to be worn with no knickers underneath.

Additional non-returnable items:
-Gift cards
-Downloadable software products
-Some health and personal care items

Upon receiving your custom made/made to order item(s) you have 24 hours to contact Ariane in regards to any concerns

After 24 hours we will assume that you are happy with your items

We do not offer a refund or exchange for custom made/made to order items, however, so long as we are contacted within 24 hours of receipt we are happy to amend your garment at no additional cost to you (except postage)

When ordering a made to order item you are welcome to provide us with your body measurements (there is a box at the checkout on the site) to check that the correct size has been requested. If we think it should be a different size to the one you have ordered we will discuss this with you before making the garment(s)

If you contact us after 24 hours of receipt, you will be welcome to have adjustments made to your garments and these will be charged at $60 an hour to complete + any additional fabric costs + postage costs
